Jason Souza is an associate attorney at CCA, focusing his practice on consumer protection litigation, specifically involving the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
Prior to joining CCA, Mr. Souza’s experience includes automotive warranty, premises and professional liability, personal injury, employment, ADA, business, real estate, and intellectual property litigation as well as entertainment and intellectual property transactions.
Mr. Souza earned a J.D. from Whittier Law School, an LL.M. from Southwestern Law School, and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
